Track

I've been in track & field since the 6th grade, and it has been my number 1 passion for a long time! I mean, i never stop training for the upcoming seasons. The thrill i get before the sound of the gun, the thoughts that rush through my mind and i set my feet on those starting blocks, that's my drug. But, before a track meet, my stomach gets Nauseous, and i can't eat anything. I don't know why, but it happens. The events that i do are 300 hurdles, 110 hurdles, highjump, and 4x4. IT'S A BLAST! The 300 hurdles is my dread, as well as the the 4x4. Before you enter that last 100 meters, your legs cry out in pain. The pain that you begin to endure is beyond imagine. Your legs tell you to stop, to quit, to basically fall down on the floor and stay there. NO! I wont. For this determines what i got, what endurance i have, what dedication i have. I'm no quiter, i am not a loser. I WIN BABY! I might not finish 1st, or 2nd, or 3rd, but what i have in heart makes up for that. My passion keeps me going. Track is for true athletes, for those who believe that they have what it takes. The limit you are pushed to, the intensity that is experienced, you can't get that anywhere else. Either you go hard, or you go home. That's it. Bottom line. No ifs, ands, or buts. In the end, it's all up to you.
To this day i have accumalated 57 medals, and that count isn't going to stop any time soon.
